In the late 1960s, Bill Scott became part owner of a feed store in Chadbourn, NC. His son, Will Scott, later took over and renamed it Chadbourn Feed Service. Today, Will, his mother Diane, and his son Ethan run the business. In 2016, they opened a second location in Shallotte, followed by a third in Leland in 2025.
